Partnerships Manager


  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with partners (system integrators, network hosts, universities, other partners)
  • Evaluates partner performance and provides feedback
  • Develops and designs partnership programs–onboarding, management, and incentives
  • Maintains partner competence through certifications, training, webinars, etc.
  • Evaluates partner sales performance and provides feedback

Digital Marketing Manager

● Plans and executes engaging digital campaigns and ensures that they’re aligned with the overall marketing strategy
● Manages and maintains all of Packetworx’s digital platforms, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, website, and display advertising campaigns
● Builds and maintains our social media presence
● Creates engaging content for the website and social media platforms and works closely with our Creatives Officer
● Updates website content and pages
● Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
● Identifies trends and insights and optimizes performance based on these insights
● Evaluates emerging technologies
● Provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Account Executive

The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet assigned quotas for their role.
